I tried to set up an account and selected the least expensive plan. Before completing the process I lost service.
Once I was able to reconnect, I had to start over, not surprisingly, but upon completion, after checking my bank account was charged for the most expensive plan, TWICE!! I was called two day later by a rep and after explaining the situation he checked to see, and said that they do not service the facility I needed. I was told a refund would be issued within 2 weeks.
I am still waiting!! Today is July 30, 2016.
