I purchased minutes for my son to call about 3 weeks ago and he is still unable to call. I'm really upset I've been trying to fix things and they just give me the run around.

The system is really messed up and all for there money but will not be helpful to fix my situation. My son is very hurt because he believes we haven't put money for him to call. I would like it fixed or a refund.

This is by far the worse company ever. I'm really upset if its not fixed by Tuesday I will be canceling my service with you.

Monetary Loss: $59.

I also had cons call home. The number worked fine after some rough spots however when I canceled they told me it would take 5 8 weeks to get my money back.

I am still waiting 5 months later. I am really upset they lied to me about everything.

We are all already greiving and they are taking advantage of the fact that we just wanmt to talk to someone we love. :cry
